GCA requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failing to cancel in time or missing the appointment entirely  (no-show) incurs a $50 fee for office visits and a $200 fee for procedures. These fees are billed directly to the patient and must be paid in full prior to rescheduling.
